Each year, CUSCA assigns delegates to a number of workgroups each tasked with researching a topic of interest to Policy-Covered Staff. Workgroups are charged to write a report of their methodology, findings and recommendations for UC leadership, and next steps for CUCSA if applicable. The Engagement & Community Workgroup focused on strengthening connection, communication, and collaboration across CUCSA and Staff Assembly at each UC location. Because the workgroup’s recommendations are intended for CUCSA Executive Board consideration and are focused on internal coordination across Staff Assemblies, a recording and slide deck were not produced for this presentation. CUCSA Town Hall: Tuesday, July 7, 2026

CUCSA will hold an online Town Hall on Tuesday, July 7 at 11:00am where community members will be able to ask the workgroups about their topics. Register here to participate.

At the July 7 Town Hall, we will provide dedicated time to discuss each workgroup’s findings and recommendations. We encourage participants to review the available presentations and reports beforehand and come prepared with questions and feedback. The workgroup chairs and many workgroup members will be in attendance and look forward to engaging in discussion about their work.
