Biography

Brittney Patterson serves as an Ambulatory Care Administrative Manager for UC Davis Health, where she supports primary care and specialty operations, staff development, patient access, and process improvement. She has more than 15 years of healthcare leadership experience and has served on the UC Davis Health Staff Assembly Executive Committee (SAEC) and Ambulatory Policy Committee. As a CUCSA Delegate for 2026–2028, Brittney is committed to elevating staff voices, strengthening collaboration across the UC system, and advancing initiatives that support employee engagement, professional growth, and well-being.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and serving her community through a partnership with the American Heart Association.
