Biography

Managing the San Diego area as program supervisor for EFNEP (The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program) the nations’ first nutrition program for low-income population to reduce nutrition insecurity for families and youth. Shirley has served as UCANR local ambassador and Ambassador Co-chair for three years while focusing on strengthening the staff voice systemwide. Strong interest for this year is to bring a clear CUCSA presence to ANR for all staff.
