Biography

Christine Davidson is the Second-Year delegate from UC Agriculture and Natural Resources (ANR). She is the program supervisor for the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) in Riverside and San Bernardino counties. She has a background in nutrition education and evaluation research on the UC Davis campus and worked for multiple nutrition education programs at the state and local levels in 3 counties giving her a unique perspective of program implementation. Over her 19 years with UC, she has found her passion for teaching limited resource families to live healthier lives has expanded to a passion for mentoring undergraduate and graduate students, new professionals, and supervisors to reach their full potential. Christine received a BA in Family and Consumer Sciences with a concentration in Nutrition and Food as well as an MA in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Learners.
