Each year, CUCSA has several workgroups study topics that are of interest to staff and develop recommendations that can improve the staff experience in those spaces. In this town hall, we discuss the findings of the 2024-25 workgroups.
“The most positive part of my CUCSA experience was the opportunity to engage with my peers across the UC system, to learn that the challenges that we were facing at UC Riverside were not always unique to us, and in some cases had been addressed and even solved. I also enjoyed my time outside the meeting, chatting with colleagues and dinners and the odd karaoke bar, learning more about them both personally and professionally. Some of these friendships have lasted until today.”
