Biography

Guille Vallejo is a Financial and Administrative Officer for the Department of Physics & Astronomy within the College of Natural and Agricultural Sciences (CNAS) at UC Riverside, where she provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across financial, personnel, student affairs, administrative, and research support functions.

With 28 years of service within the University of California system, Guille brings a strong institutional perspective shaped by experience across multiple campuses. Her career includes service at both UC Irvine Medical Center and UC Riverside, where she has spent the majority of her tenure supporting a wide range of academic and administrative departments. This multi-campus experience has given her a deep understanding of UC’s mission, governance, and operational complexity. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, which provides the foundation for her expertise in financial management, analysis, and strategic planning.

Drawing on her extensive experience across the UC system, Guille advocates for policies and practices that strengthen the staff voice, improve operational efficiency, and enhance equity across campuses. She approaches leadership with a focus on building trust, developing talent, and creating sustainable structures that support both people and organizational success.
