Biography

Maritza Fuljencio is the Student Affairs Manager for the Department of Computer Science at UC Santa Barbara. She began at UCSB in 2009 with the School of Education, where for 8 years she oversaw the two largest undergraduate minors on campus along with advising graduate students. In her current department, she manages the advising teams for the undergraduate and graduate degree programs.

Maritza joined the campus Staff Assembly Executive Board in 2016 and has served in various roles including Co-Chair and Membership Officer, and various events such as Ice Cream Social and Cookie Contest during Staff Celebration Week. She was previously on CUCSA as a Delegate in years 2019-20 and 2020-21.
