Kelsey Duff serves as the Professional & Career Development Portfolio Manager in UCLA Campus Human Resources, Learning & Organizational Development. In this role, she provides executive and manager coaching, designs leadership and professional development programs, facilitates team and organizational development interventions, and supports staff and leaders across campus. She is a Board Certified Coach, Hogan-certified assessment practitioner, and Master Facilitator. She also serves as the UCLA Staff Assembly President, representing staff in shared governance at the campus and UC system levels.
