Biography

Sarah Dillon serves as the HR Director for the College of Natural and Agricultural Sciences, bringing over a decade of human resources experience, with ten of those years dedicated to UCR. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from UC San Diego and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University. She is passionate about improving the staff experience by building connections within UCR and the greater UC community. Committed to supporting staff in their career growth, she works diligently to create opportunities for professional development and collaborative engagement across the university.
